The Sounds of Wine is a chronological exhibition of everything that has to be done during the year to grow the grapes and make the wine.

The object of this audio-visual document is to pay tribute to Canary Islands wine growers and to offer the public an insight into our own particular wine growing sector; a tradition that has been part of the Monje family since 1750.
